Account and data requests

Current CutShort

CutShort 2.0.1 and later uses no account or sign-in. Its rules, notes, usage and diagnostics remain on your phone. To remove local data, use Android’s app storage controls or uninstall; local data cannot be restored from an account.

Older CutShort accounts

To request deletion of records from a previous version, email support@cutshortapp.com from the address used for that account. Include the request and account email, without passwords. We may verify your identity. Deleting a CutShort identity does not delete your Google account.

Stillpoint accounts and purchases

For Stillpoint account, purchase or privacy requests, email support@cutshortapp.com. Purchase records and local phone rules are separate. Unlock Commit and use Windows setup to release Stillpoint management before uninstalling its phone app. Account deletion is not a way to end Commit.
