By creating an account or using CUTSHORT, you agree to these terms.

Service

CUTSHORT provides tools for app limits, schedules, and distraction blocking. Android and device-manufacturer restrictions can affect background operation, so uninterrupted blocking is not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining the permissions and device settings shown in Protection Setup.

Subscription

A paid subscription is required. The app displays the localized price, billing frequency, trial terms when offered, and renewal terms before purchase. Google Play charges your Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel from the Google Play subscription center; cancellation normally leaves access active through the paid period. Deleting your CUTSHORT account does not cancel the subscription.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse CUTSHORT, interfere with its services, attempt to grant yourself an entitlement, or use the app in a way that violates law or another person’s rights.

Account

Keep your credentials secure. You may delete your account in the app or through the account deletion page.

Warranty and liability

CUTSHORT is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. It is a productivity tool, not an emergency, medical, safety, or device-management service. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
