CutShort is free. Google sign-in is required, and all features are available without a purchase, subscription, trial, entitlement, or paid plan.

Protection help

Check that Android Usage Access and Accessibility are enabled for CutShort. Usage Access supplies app-usage totals; Accessibility identifies the foreground app for blocking. Notification permission controls CutShort notifications. Device and Android restrictions can affect blocking; continuous enforcement is not guaranteed.

Use your selected Timer, Charger, or Cooldown method to unlock Commit before changing protected rules.

Account deletion and privacy

Delete in the app at Profile → Account → Delete account, or follow the account deletion instructions if you no longer have the app. For information about local rules and usage, cloud account data, crash diagnostics, and support correspondence, read the privacy policy.
