CutShort
Stillpoint release information
Updated October 17, 2026. Stillpoint is in setup preview. Purchases are not open and no payment is collected by the preview.
Planned purchase
The planned price is $49 USD once for one phone, with no subscription. This applies to Stillpoint; CutShort remains free and local without an account. Stillpoint uses Google sign-in in Windows setup to associate and recover purchases, with automatic USB activation. Final payment, sale and refund terms will be provided before checkout opens.
Setup and use
Use Stillpoint only on a phone you own or are authorized to manage. USB setup requires your approval of Android device management. Existing phones may not be eligible for enrollment. The optional account-preserving method is unsupported by Android and is not guaranteed to work.
Commit and removal
Commit protects existing rules until your selected Timer, Charger or Cooldown unlock method allows changes. Unlock Commit before releasing management through Windows setup. Releasing management clears rules and restores blocked apps. Android versions, manufacturers and device state can affect enforcement; Stillpoint does not promise impossible-to-bypass blocking.
