Need help with Stillpoint?
Email support@cutshortapp.com. Include your phone model, Android version, app version and what happened. Don’t send payment card details, passwords, or private sign-in links.
USB setup
Use a USB data cable. Enable USB debugging in Developer options, unlock the phone, and approve the computer. Connect only one phone and choose Refresh in setup. Another manager or work profile can prevent enrollment. The optional existing-phone method may be refused by Android; setup won’t reset the phone or remove accounts.
Daily limits and reminders
Enable Usage Access in Stillpoint settings. Enable Android notifications for daily-limit warnings and upcoming-schedule reminders. These settings are independent of whether app suspension is active.
Remove Stillpoint
Complete your Commit unlock method first. Connect USB and choose Remove in Windows setup, then confirm that rules will be cleared. Stillpoint restores blocked apps and releases management before it can be uninstalled normally. Removing management never requires an active license.
Activation or replacement phones
Activation is linked to one phone and the Google account used in Windows setup. To recover it, reconnect that phone and choose Continue with Google in setup; no key is needed. Include your purchase receipt reference when asking for activation help or a replacement-phone review. Purchases are not open yet.
